Christina M. Eslinger was born in Terre Haute, Indiana. Christina graduated magna cum laude from Indiana State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Christina received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2002, and was a recipient of the Francis J. Feeney, Jr. Tax Award.
